Resolve Error 071F41000D "Servo Motor Position Error Fault" on the Connect+ series and SendPro P series

Issue
The Connect+® / SendPro™ P series displays error code 071F-41-000D: Servo Motor Position Error Fault and will not run mail.
Cause
The Connect+ / SendPro P series cannot communicate with the power stacker.
Resolution
To resolve this issue: 
If the issue is not resolved, contact customer support from 8 am to 8 pm Eastern Time. Please have your model number ready.
- Open the feeder and printer covers.
- Remove all mail from the stacker.
- Verify that the correct power adapter is connected to each device. The larger adapter should be connected to the power stacker and the smaller adapter should be connected to the display. If they are reversed, connect them correctly, then try again.
If the issue is not resolved, contact customer support from 8 am to 8 pm Eastern Time. Please have your model number ready.
