Resolve Error E107 "Material Inside Folder" on the DF800 and DF900

Learn how to resolve error code E107 "Material Inside Folder" on the DF800 or DF900 OfficeRight folder.

Issue

The machine displays error code E107 "Material Inside Folder" and will not run.

Cause

The machine detected paper inside of the machine when attempting to feed a sheet.

Resolution

Clear the folder:
  1. Press Clear Deck to remove any material in the folder.
  2. Press Trial Piece to test.
Remove any jammed material:
  1. Lift the top cover.
  2. Remove any partially fed paper or debris. 
  3. Close the top cover.
  4. Press Trial Piece to test.
Reboot the folder:
  1. Turn the machine off using the switch on the lower left side.
  2. Turn the machine back on.
  3. Press Clear Deck to remove any material in the folder.
  4. Press Trial Piece to test.
If the issue is not resolved, contact client support. Please have your model number ready.
