Cause

There is a file stuck in the PBFirst Automator temporary folder.

Resolution

  1. In Windows Explorer, go to C:\ProgramData\objectif Lune\PanetPress\PanetPress watch\PBFirst\In\.
  2. Delete all files in this folder.
If the issue is still not resolved, contact client support.
