Android recovery error message appears on the SendPro C Lite, SendPro C, SendPro+, SendPro C Auto
The meter is displaying an Android recovery error message when you tried to reboot it.

Issue
The device shows an Android recovery error message when you try to reboot it.
Cause
The device can hang on this screen during a reboot procedure if you hold the power button too long.
Resolution
Solution 1 – Reboot the meter
Unplug the device and allow the Tablet to power off. Once the Tablet has shutdown, the system can be plugged back in and turned on with a Quick Press of the Power button.
Solution 2 - Manually Reboot the Tablet
This can be done by lifting the Tablet Cover (like you are going to replace the Ink cartridge) and using a pin or paperclip, depressing the Reset Button.
