Products affected: Connect+® 500W, Connect+® 1000, Connect+® 2000, Connect+® 3000, SendPro® P1000, SendPro® P1500, SendPro® P2000, SendPro® P3000

When using email notifications, make sure the recipient/sender address includes a valid email address.

You can have the tracking number or shipment delivery confirmation emails sent to both recipients and senders when you create shipping labels.

The email notification feature can be enabled/disabled via the PitneyShip solution. Please access the PitneyShip application on your computer.
