Once your sale is final, you should receive an email message containing the link to your network readiness test. Your network test may vary depending on the details provided to your Pitney Bowes sales representative.
Follow these steps to complete the network readiness test for a WiFi network:

- Select the link in the email to open the questionnaire in your web browser.
- Select which 802.11 wireless protocol your WiFi network uses.
- Enter the SSID/ESSID of your WiFi network.
Note: This is case-sensitive. Be sure to verify the proper case and punctuation.
- Select the Operating mode of your WiFi network.
Note: Most companies use Infrastructure (Managed).
- Select the authentication method that is used on your WiFi network.
- Select the encryption method that is used on your WiFi network.
- If you are using WEP or WPA-PSK, you will need to select what type of passkey your WiFi network uses.
- In the Comments field, enter the best method to contact your network support.
- Select Continue to start the network test.
- If all of the tests pass, select Continue to complete the test.
- If any of the tests fail, do the following before trying to run the test again:
- Disable pop-up blocking in your web browser.
- Check that your security software is not blocking the test.
- Review the Connect+ network specifications and adjust your network security as needed.
