Resetting or changing your online password
Instructions on resetting a forgotten password for your online account, or changing your current password.
Sign in to Your Account to change your password or reset a forgotten password on the Pitney Bowes sign in page.
Reset a forgotten password
- Go to the signin page.
- Select the Forgot Your Password? link.
- Enter the email for your account and click Continue.
- Select the Reset password link from the email that is sent to you.
Update a password
- Sign in to the Pitney Bowes Your Account Online Portal.
- If prompted, select the Your Account business portal, otherwise, you will be directed to your Your Account dashboard.
- Select Your Account and click Password & Security.
- Enter the new password and confirm the new password
- Click Submit to update the information.
