How to pack the DI380, DI425 and more for return
Learn how to pack the DI350, DI380, DI400 and DI425 for return.

Follow these steps to properly pack the machine for return: 
- Remove the water bottle
- Use a small hose and suction to remove any remaining water from the machine
- Remove all trays and wrap each of them in padded paper or bubble wrap
- Screw in all leveling feet on the bottom of the unit
- If there is a power stacker attached to the unit, remove the metal bracket to separate the power stacker from the inserter. See the images that follow.
