Adding, changing, or removing AutoPay

Set up automatic payments

  1. Sign in to the Pitney Bowes Your Account online portal.
  2. Select the Billing menu and click AutoPay.
  3. Select the Enroll button for the account you want to set up on AutoPay
  4. Complete each section, then select Enroll Now.

Modify automatic payments

  1. Sign in to the Pitney Bowes Your Account online portal.
  2. Select Your Account Business Portal if prompted, or you will be directed straight to the Your Account dashboard.
  3. Select the Billing menu and click AutoPay.
  4. Select Edit Settings for the automatic payment you want to modify.
  5. Make the required changes, then select Save Settings.

Stop automatic payments

  1. Sign in to the Pitney Bowes Your Account online portal.
  2. Select Your Account Business Portal if prompted, or you will be directed straight to the Your Account dashboard.
  3. Select the Billing menu and click AutoPay.
  4. Select Edit Settings for the automatic payment you want to stop.
  5. Select Stop AutoPay in the bottom right-hand corner.

You can only enroll one account at a time. You will be prompted to set up other accounts once the first account is set up.
