Checking account balances and available funds
Sign in to Your Account to check if you have any outstanding balances and how much is available in your accounts to fund postage or other purchases.

Check your outstanding balance
- Sign in to Your Account to go to your account balance summary.
- If prompted, select Your Account Business Portal, or you will be directed to the All Bills page in Your Account.
- You will see the amounts you owe for leases, rentals, supplies, service invoices, and credit lines circled in orange.
- Hover over the question mark icon beside any field for more information about each amount.
- If you have more than one Billing Account or Credit Line, the balance displayed shows the total amount owed for all accounts of that type.
Check your available balance to pay for postage and other purchases
The amount available to pay for postage is a combination of:- The available balance in your prepaid account (Reserve or USPS Trust account)
- The available credit in your Credit Line (Purchase Power)
Check your account balances at your meter
You can check your account and available postage balance on your postage meter. See Checking your account balances and available postage on your meter for instructions.Check your account balances in the Your Account online portal
Sign in to Your Account to view your available credit for your Credit lines and your available balance for your prepaid accounts.Credit lines
- Sign in to Your Account and go to your Credit Lines.
- If prompted, select Your Account Business Portal, or you will be directed to your credit lines in Your Account.
- A list of all of your credit lines and balances will appear.
Prepaid Accounts
- Sign in to Your Account and go to your Prepaid accounts
- If prompted, select Your Account Business Portal, or you will be directed to your Prepaid accounts in Your Account.
- A list of all of your Prepaid accounts and balances will appear.
