Line of credit (Purchase Power) payment options

You can pay for your line of credit (Purchase Power) in different ways. Payment options are automatic payments, one-time online payments, ACH bank transfers, and mailing a check.

Set up AutoPay recurring payments

Set up AutoPay recurring payments.

Sign in to the Pitney Bowes Your Account online portal.
Select the Billing menu and click AutoPay.
Select the Enroll button for the account you want to set up on AutoPay
Complete each section, then select Enroll Now.

Make an ACH payment in Your Account online

Sign in to the Pitney Bowes Your Account online portal.
Select the Your Account Business Portal if prompted, or you will be directed to the Your Account dashboard.
Select the Billing menu and click View & Pay Bills.
A list of all open bills appears, you can choose to pay one bill or multiple.
- To pay multiple bills, select the checkbox next to the bills you want to pay, then click Make a Payment.
- To pay a single bill select the Pay button next to the required bill.
Enter the payment date in the Select Payment Date field.
Select the bank account you want to use or click Add a Bank Account.
Select the amount to pay and click Review.
Verify the payment details are correct and click Submit Payment.

Important: Payments made after 4:30 PM ET will be processed on the next business day. Payments can take up to 2 business days to reflect in Your Account.

Payments will be posted to the account within 10 business days from the mailing date.
