Managing payment methods in Your Account

Sign in to Your Account to manage your payment methods, including adding, removing, and updating your payment methods.

Sign in to Your Account to add, remove or update your payment methods.

We may apply a fee of up to 3% to cover all or part of our costs of accepting your card. We don’t accept debit cards for bill payments, except American Express. To avoid a fee, pay bills with a bank account (ACH).

Add a bank account for ACH payments

  1. Sign in to the Pitney Bowes Your Account online portal.
  2. If prompted, select the Your Account business portal, otherwise, you will be directed to your Your Account dashboard.
  3. Select the Billing menu and click Payment Methods.
  4. Select Add a Bank Account.
  5. After the Plaid window loads, select Continue.
  6. You are prompted to enter your phone number or Continue as Guest.
    • Important: If you're already a Plaid user, signing in with your contact number will link your personal Plaid account. To link a different bank account, select Continue as guest.

  7. There are 2 options to link your bank account depending on your bank's security measures:  
    • Instant: Select your financial institution from the window that appears. Sign in to your bank and follow the on-screen instructions to link your bank account.
    • Manual: Click Link with account numbers at the bottom of the window. Enter your routing and account numbers, then follow the on-screen instructions to link your bank account. Plaid will make a small deposit into your bank to verify the account.

      • Click Verify Now and enter the 3 letter code from the deposit plaid made to your bank account. The deposit can take up to 24 hours to arrive.

Add a Credit card

  1. Sign in to the Pitney Bowes Your Account online portal.
  2. If prompted, select the Your Account business portal, otherwise, you will be directed to your Your Account dashboard.
  3. Select the Billing menu and click Payment Methods.
  4. Select Add a Credit Card.
  5. Complete the form that appears and click Save.

Remove a payment method

  1. Sign in to the Pitney Bowes Your Account online portal.
  2. If prompted, select the Your Account business portal, otherwise, you will be directed to your Your Account dashboard.
  3. Select the Billing menu and click Payment Methods.
  4. Locate the required Bank Account or Credit Card, and select Delete.

Update a payment method

  1. Sign in to the Pitney Bowes Your Account online portal.
  2. If prompted, select the Your Account business portal, otherwise, you will be directed to your Your Account dashboard.
  3. Select the Billing menu and click Payment Methods.
  4. Select Edit for the required credit card.
    • Note: Bank account details cannot be edited. To update your bank details delete the current details and add the new ones.
  5. Enter the details of the new payment method and select Save.
