Creating a PresortXtra letter preset on the SendPro C Lite, SendPro C, SendPro+, SendPro C Auto

You can obtain a discount by sorting your mail before it goes to the USPS. The discount is determined using a sliding scale based on services, shape and weight. By defining these conditions in a preset, you can quickly recall the settings when printing postage.

Follow these steps to set up your PresortXtra First-Class Mail letter preset:

Set the Rate

1. Tap Print on Envelopes on the Home screen.
2. Tap Class.
3. Tap Start Over.
4. Tap Pitney Bowes Presort Xtra.
5. Tap First Class Letter.
6. Tap Apply.

Add Drop Ship Text If Needed

1. Tap Graphic.
2. Tap Custom Text.
3. Select Drop Ship
4. Tap Apply.

Save the Preset

1. Tap the star in the Preset box.
2. Tap Save New Preset.
3. Select Preset Options.
4. Select Create New Custom Preset.
5. Enter a name, then tap Save.

Before running PresortXtra mail, remember to advance the date and set the batch counter to learn the number of mailpieces you have.

Advance the Date

1. Tap the date.
2. Select Tomorrow.
3. Tap Apply.

Reset the batch counter

1. Tap x Pieces | $x.xx.
2. Tap Reset Counter to 0.
