Accessing the Admin screen on the Intelligent Lockers kiosk

The locker kiosk Admin screen allows admins to open lockers, place lockers out of service and back in service, view which lockers have stale packages, and remove stale packages.

Only users with permission can perform this function.

To access the Admin screen:

1. To access the Administration menu from the locker Home page, tap in the upper left corner 4 times.
   
2. Scan the barcode on your ID badge, or tap Enter manually, type in your ID, and tap Enter.
   
3. To open a specific locker or place a locker out of service, select Single Management.
4. To check for stale packages or manage a locker that is out of service, select Current States.
