Setting up a PresortXtra letter job on the Connect+ series and SendPro P series
Learn how to how to set up a PresortXtra letter job on the Connect+ 500W, Connect+ 1000, Connect+ 2000, Connect+ 3000, SendPro P1000, SendPro P1500, SendPro P2000, and SendPro P3000.

Follow these steps to set up a PresortXtra job:

Follow these steps to set up a PresortXtra job:
Select the rate:
- From the Home screen, select Run Mail.
- Select Options.
- Select Create a New Job.
- Select Postal Job.
- Select OK.
- Select Class.
- Select the back button until First Class Commercial displays.
- Select First Class Commercial.
- Select Automation.
- Select Letter.
- Select Mixed AADC.
- Select OK.
- Select Edit Envelope.
- Select Today + 1 day.
- Select Postal Inscription.
- Press Select from list...
- Arrow down and select AW22249.
- If Drop Ship is needed follow these steps otherwise go to step 7:
- Select Text messages & return addresses.
- Select the saved drop ship.
- Press OK.
- Select OK.
- Select Save As.
- Type a unique name for your job.
- Press OK.
To reset the counter:
- Press the Resettable counter button.
- Ensure that resettable is selected.
- Select reset to zero.
- Press OK.
