How to add your 10-digit account number to Total Meter Reporting

Before you can view your reports online, you must add your 10-digit account number to Inview - Total Meter Reporting. Your 10-digit account number can be found on your invoice.
  1. Sign in to your account .
  2. Scroll down to Inview – Total Meter Reporting and select Launch.
  3. You will be prompted to enter your 10-digit account number (BPN). Up to five may be added.
  4. Select Submit.
  5. Your 10-digit account number (BPN) will disappear from the BPN field.
  6. Enter your 10-digit account number (BPN) again and click Submit again.
