To clear envelopes from the vertical transport:
  1. Open the front vertical transport access cover.
  2. Squeeze the spring loaded transport roller clearance lever.
  3. Gently remove the stalled material.
  4. Open the high capacity feeder rear access door.
  5. Remove any stalled material.
  6. Firmly close the high capacity feeder rear access door.
  7. Close the front vertical transport access cover.
