Viewing and redeeming your Line of Credit (Purchase Power) reward points
You can earn rewards points on postage and shipping purchases when they are paid for with your Line of Credit (Purchase Power) Account.
What are reward points
Basic rewards points
- You earn one point for every $1 spent on postage and shipping purchases
- There is an annual cap of 5,000 points for meter and permit postage
- There is no cap on shipping purchases
Enhance rewards
- You earn one point for every $1 spent on postage and shipping purchases
- You earn two points for every $1 spent when you pay for shipping purchases with the Pitney Bowes Visa card
- There is an annual cap of 20,000 points for meter postage and permit postage
- There is no cap on shipping purchases
View your available reward points
- Sign in to the Pitney Bowes Your Account online portal.
- If prompted, select the Your Account business portal, otherwise, you will be directed to your Your Account dashboard.
- Select the Postage menu and click Credit Line Balance.
- Your available reward points appear below the account number.
Redeem your reward points
- Go to your credit line balance.
- If prompted, select the Your Account business portal, otherwise, you will be directed to your Your Account dashboard.
- Click the Rewards link below your account number.
This link directs you to an external site to redeem your points. Your credit line must be active with no overdue balance to access the rewards site.
Alternatively, call 866-726-2705 and speak to a representative to redeem your points.
