Update your email address

  1. Sign in to the Pitney Bowes Your Account online portal.
  2. If prompted, select the Your Account business portal, otherwise, you will be directed to your Your Account dashboard.
  3. Select the Your Account menu and click Contact Information.
  4. Select the Edit button to the right of your email address.
  5. Enter the new email address.
  6. Select Save Changes.
    A verification email will be sent to the old email address. Click the verification link within the email to complete the change.

Important: The verification link expires 3 hours after submitting the update and will revert to the previous email.
