Error E08 on the Relay 2000, 3000, and 4000, DI380 and DI425

Resolve error code E08 on the Relay 2000, Relay 3000, Relay 4000, DI380, and DI425.

Error E08 is displayed and paper will not feed when Trial Piece is pressed.

The Double Detect sensor may be blocked or malfunctioning.

Open Jam release D and remove any material in the paper path.
(Optional) If you are feeding inserts, open Jam release E and remove any material in the paper path.
Remove any partially fed material from the paper feeder, remove tray A if necessary.
Reinsert all of the paper trays and close all jam releases, making sure that they latch shut.
Press Clear Deck.

If no blockage or jam is found, or the error is persistent, contact technical support. Have your model and serial number ready.
