Resolve Error E101 on the DF800 and DF900

Issue

The machine displays error code 101 "Close Access Panel and Cover before proceeding" and will not run.

Cause

The top cover is open.

Resolution

If the top cover is closed:
  1. Open and close the top cover.
  2. Press Trial Piece to test if the error is resolved.
If the error returns, reboot the folder with the cover closed:
  1. Turn the power off using the switch on the left side.
  2. Open and close the top cover.
  3. Check that the cover is closed securely.
  4. Turn the power back on.
  5. Press Trial Piece to test if the error is resolved.
