Adding a custom text message to your envelope or tape on the SendPro C Lite, SendPro C, SendPro+, SendPro C Auto

Add a custom text message to your mail to print your own unique message, such as a return address.
Products affected: SendPro® C Lite, SendPro® C, SendPro®+, SendPro® C Auto (8H00, 9H00)
Your SendPro C Lite, SendPro C, SendPro+, SendPro C Auto allows you to add a custom text message to your mail. This can be a return address, for example. Your message can be up to five lines, with 20 characters per line. The message prints on the left side of the print.
  1. Tap Print on Envelopes from the Home screen.
  2. Weigh your envelope, select a class, and select any special services required.
  3. Tap + Graphic.

  4. Tap Custom Text.

  5. Tap on the text message you wish to use. A green check mark appears next to the selected message.

  6. Tap Apply. The custom text message appears on a preview screen.

  7. Feed the envelope or tape strip through the device.
