Installing a printer on an Apple device for the PitneyShip mobile app

In order to print shipping labels directly from your Apple device, you first need to install a printer on your phone. The printer must be AirPrint enabled and connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your device.

To print shipping labels from your Apple device, you first need to install a printer on your phone. The printer must be AirPrint enabled and connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your device. Consult Apple's AirPrint help page if needed.

  1. On your phone, open Safari.
  2. Go to any website, e.g., google.com.
  3. Tap the Share icon. iOS share icon
  4. Tap Print. If Print is not visible, you may need to swipe or scroll to view it.
  5. Tap Select Printer.
  6. Tap on the printer you wish to use. Once Print is enabled, the printer is installed.

  7. Tap Cancel to back out of printing the Safari page and return to the SendPro Online Mobile App.
