What type of refund do you need help with?
- If you are removing unused postage funds from a meter, the funds will be returned to you in the form of an account credit. For more details, see what happens to unused postage when you return a meter
- If an account credit for unused postage has already been applied to your Line of Credit (Purchase Power) or Deposit Account (Reserve Account) and you want to request a refund check, follow the process for your account type here
- If you have an account credit or have overpaid a Line of Credit (Purchase Power) or Deposit Account (Reserve Account) and want to request a refund check, follow the process for your account type here
- If you have an account credit or have overpaid a lease or rental invoice, and want to request a refund check, follow the process for your account type here
Please note that the following types of charges cannot be refunded:
- Processed ValueMAX payments - these payments confirmed your continued participation in the program and coverage was provided during that time. See Learn more about ValueMAX
- Paid Sales Tax - See Submit a Tax Exemption Certificate
- Getting a refund for postage errors or postage that was printed and not used
- Requesting a stamp refund in PitneyShip or PitneyShip Pro
- Requesting a USPS shipping label refund in SendPro Online
- Requesting a USPS shipping label refund in PitneyShip or PitneyShip Pro
- Requesting a stamp refund on the SendPro Mailstation
- Voiding UPS or FedEx label in PitneyShip, PitneyShip Pro, or PitneyShip
