Forbes recognizes Pitney Bowes as a Best Employer for Women for 2022

The Forbes ranking reflects Pitney Bowes ongoing efforts to be a great workplace for women in hiring and recruitment and executive and board representation

Pitney Bowes is one of Forbes’ Best Workplaces for Women in the U.S. for the fifth year in a row, with employees giving top marks to the company’s working conditions, benefits and representation of women in leadership.

Pitney Bowes is #39 on the list of 400 companies. The list was compiled by surveying 50,000 people in the U.S. working for businesses with at least 1,000 employees. This prestigious award is presented by Forbes and Statista Inc., the world-leading statistics portal and industry ranking provider.

Today, women make up 50% of the Pitney Bowes Board, and 50% of the Board committees are headed by women. The company created its first Women’s Resources Group in the late 1980s. Currently, the Pitney Bowes Women’s Inclusion Network (PBWIN) supports the growth and advancement of women in the company. The PB WIN Core Team identifies and creates opportunities to raise awareness and advocacy for women, as well as for women to self-reflect and grow.
