Acceptance by You

You must be 18 years or older in order to participate or have the express permission of a parent/guardian (but in any case, you must be at least 13 years old). By providing your cell phone number and affirmatively signing-up for text message updates, you have expressly agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions herein and you are consenting to receive text message disclosures electronically

If you do not consent to these SMS Notification Terms and do not agree to receive electronic receive text messages, you must immediately contact us as provided below. Your consent to these SMS Notification Terms includes authorization to deliver messages using an autodialer.

Message and Data Rates May Apply

Although we do not charge you for sending or receiving text message notifications, your cellular provider’s message and data rates may apply to confirmation messages and all subsequent notification and other related text messages.

How to Opt-Out

If you wish to stop receiving text messages notifications from us, reply to any text message we have sent you and in the reply text simply type STOP. Your stop request will become effective within 72 hours.

Requesting Help or More Information

If at any time you need information on how to stop text message notifications or to request additional information, reply to any text message we have sent you and in the reply text type HELP. After receiving your text message, we will send you a response. Some of the text message we send may include links to websites. To access these websites, you will need a web browser and Internet access.

Notification Messages May Not be Available

The text message notification service offered may not be available on all carriers and/or may not be compatible with all cell phone models.

Changes to the Program, these Terms

We may terminate our text message program at any time. We may modify this Text Message Policy at any time. Upon any such modification, we will notify you by sending you a text message with a link to the new policy. By continuing to opt-in to the service, you agree to such new terms.
