Setting up the delivery search settings in PitneyTrack Inbound

You can select which fields can be used to search for packages in the delivery screen.

Products affected: PitneyTrack® Inbound

You can select which fields can be used to search for packages in the delivery screen. You can search using the following methods:

  • Tracking number
  • Recipient name
  • Email
  • Personnel ID
  • Card ID
  • Custom contact fields

The features and options you see may vary depending upon your role and subscription. If you have any questions regarding your permissions, please contact your administrator.

  1. Select Settings > Delivery.
  2. Under Select alternative ways to find packages, select the fields you want to see in the delivering packages workflow from the menu.
  3. Select Update Settings or Update Settings for This Site.
