Reporting a problem in PitneyLockers

If you are having a problem at the kiosk, you can use the system to report it to your mailroom administrator.

If you are having a problem at the kiosk, you can use the system to report it to your mailroom administrator.

  1. If when you are dropping off a package, the kiosk screen displays the following message, tap on Report a Problem.

  2. Tap on the problem issue you are experiencing.

  3. The mailroom administrator or locker operator will be notified of your issue. You will be prompted to continue with your previous operation.
