Reporting a problem in PitneyLockers
If you are having a problem at the kiosk, you can use the system to report it to your mailroom administrator.

If you are having a problem at the kiosk, you can use the system to report it to your mailroom administrator.
If when you are dropping off a package, the kiosk screen displays the following message, tap on Report a Problem.
- Tap on the problem issue you are experiencing.
- The mailroom administrator or locker operator will be notified of your issue. You will be prompted to continue with your previous operation.
