Editing multiple packages in PitneyTrack Inbound

You can edit multiple packages at the same time for different recipients. You can edit up to 150 packages at a time.

The features and options you see may vary depending upon your role and subscription. If you have any questions regarding your permissions, please contact your administrator.

Editing multiple packages using the Edit Package screen

1. From the Receiving menu at the top, select Package under Edit.
2. Set the Multiple Packages toggle to On.
3. Scan the carrier barcode or enter the tracking number manually of the packages you want to edit.
4. Make the necessary changes.
5. Select Save or Save & Print.

Editing multiple packages using the Package Activity screen

1. From the Receiving menu at the top, select Package Activity under Packages.
2. Edit the filters so that you can only see the packages you want to edit.
3. Select Edit Visible.
4. Select Edit Packages.
5. Make the necessary changes.
6. Select Save or Save & Print.

Note: For both methods, if the value for any of the fields below is different for at least one of the packages being edited then the value Multiple appears in the relevant field. If you edit one of these fields, for example the carrier field, and you selected FedEx in the carrier field then all the packages will be saved using FedEx.
