New Features & Enhancements

Updated reprinting error message

Updated the reprinting error message related to connectivity to include troubleshooting steps and a link to the knowledge article for further troubleshooting.

UPS Certification

Newly added accounts will be visible to clients. The user can print and use/save the License Agreement for future reference.

Special Delivery in History

All items dispatched via Special Delivery will be categorized under Insured Shipments as they inherently include insurance as a standard feature. Previously, items dispatched via Special Delivery were categorized under Insured Shipments only when extra compensation was provided.

Special Delivery claims

Special Delivery items now have a Claim insurance option allowing users to file an insurance claim as insurance is included in Special Deliveries.
