Document only shipping for DHL Express

Users can now select Document from the packaging type menu when using DHL Express.

Password Verification when editing Cost Accounts

We have added the ability to require a password to edit cost accounts. Previously, users could require a password when adding a cost account, but they could edit the cost account without it. This feature makes it so a password is required to use and edit the cost account.

Round the decimal value

The weight field will be rounded to the nearest integer per Royal Mail guidelines. For example, if the weight field reads 4.49 grams, the weight will be adjusted to 4 grams, and if it reads 4.56 grams, the weight will be adjusted to 5 grams.
