Finding the Product Code Number (PCN) and serial number on your franking machine

Your franking machine’s serial number and Product Code Number (PCN) can be found on a silver sticker on your franking machine.

• Product Code Number (PCN), the franking machine model identifying number.
  • Usually referred to as the PCN # on the silver stickers.
• Serial Number, the identification number registered with Royal Mail for the franking machine licence.
  •  A 7-digit number also referred to as the meter number.
  • Usually referred to as the meter # or meter No on the silver stickers.

• Your PCN is one of these values: K722, RK722, RK722M.
• Your serial number (meter number) is a 7-digit number.

SendPro Mailstation

• Your PCN is one of these values: HW20, HZ20.
• Your serial number (S/N) is a 7-digit number.
• Lift the front cover to locate the serial number.

DM110i, DM160i, DM220i

• Your PCN is one of these values: PR20, RPR20, RPR20M, SPR20.
• Your serial number (meter number) is a 7-digit number.

DM300M, DM400M

• Your PCN is one of these values: G922, RG922, G922A, SG922, RG9224, RG922M, RG9224M.
• Your serial number (meter number) is a 7-digit number.

SendPro C, SendPro+, SendPro C Auto

• Your PCN is one of these values: 2H20, R2H20, R2H20M, 1H20, R1H20, R1H20C, 1H20C, R1H20CM, 7H20C, R7H20C, R7H20CM, 7H20A, R7H20A, R7H20AM.
• Your serial number (S/N) is a 7-digit number.

Lift the front lid to locate stickers with the PCN and serial number.

Connect+ Series, SendPro P

• Your PCN is one of these values: MSF1, MS1R, MSF2, MS2R, MSF3, MS3R.
• Your serial number is a 7-digit number.

The PCN and serial number stickers are located on the front of the franking machine.
