Filling the sealer bottle on the DI900, DI950, and Relay 5000-8000

Learn how to refill the sealer bottle on the DI900, DI950, Relay 5000, Relay 6000, Relay 7000, Relay 8000

There are two visual cues to indicate that it is time to refill the fluid in the sealer.

The liquid in the bottle is at or below the refill line.
A warning message appears on the display.

Follow these steps to refill the sealer bottle:

Remove the bottle from its holder on the system and place it on a flat surface.
Unscrew and remove the pressure-sensitive top from the bottle.
Pour sealant into the bottle until it reaches the fill line.
Screw the pressure-sensitive top securely back onto the bottle.
Wipe off any fluid that spilled.
Put the bottle back into its holder.

Note: If filling the sealer for the first time, or if the sealer was completely empty, allow time for solution to soak through the sealer mechanism before processing material.
