Printing an international shipping label on the SendPro C, SendPro+, SendPro C Auto
Print international shipping labels for Royal Mail services. If you want to print using a ParcelForce service, sign in to PitneyShip Pro and print via your computer.

- Select the carrier
- Add the sender and recipient addresses
- Enter the Item Dimensions
- Enter the type of items
- Add Customs information
- Select the shipping service required
- Print the shipping label
Before you begin
In order to print an international shipping label with a customs form from your device, you need to connect it to a 1E42, 1E46, 1E49, 1E52 label printer.
If you do not have a 1E42, 1E46, 1E49, 1E52 label printer, you can print an international label from your PitneyShip Pro account.
Select the carrier
- Tap Parcel Shipping on the Home screen.
- Tap Royal Mail and ParcelForce.
Add the sender and recipient addresses
- The sender address is required. Use the Address Book or enter it manually.
- Select a cost account, if enabled. If this field contains an account, check the account is correct.
- Tap Continue.
- Tap the Address icon to select the recipient address from the Address Book. Alternatively, select the desired country, enter a postal code and scroll to or manually enter the desired address.
Important: You can set the device to automatically save addresses to the Address Book.
Using a browser on your computer, sign in to PitneyShip Pro and tick the box to enable the Always save new recipient address within the Address Book settings. - Tap Continue.
Enter the Item Dimensions
- Enter the size of the item in centimetres within the Dimensions boxes.
- Tap Weight.
- There are two options to now choose:
- Tap Scale, then place the item on the scale. Tap Apply, then Continue or
- Manually enter the weight of the item if you know the weight. Tap Apply, then Continue.
Enter the type of items
- Enter the type of items.
- Tap Continue.
- Tap Add an Item.
- Enter a description of each item, including the quantity, weight, value and where the item was made.
- If necessary, enter the optional HS Tariff information. For further information, please visit the UK Government website.
- Tap Save or to add additional items, tap Save and Add.
- Tap Continue.
Add Customs information
- (Optional) Add any additional customs information you have in the fields provided.
- Tick the box to agree with the prohibited and restricted items list.
- Tap Continue when done.
European Union (EU)
If you are shipping to a country that is part of the EU, you can collect, declare, and pay the import VAT tax to the authorities instead of making the recipient pay the import VAT tax when the items are imported into the EU.
If you have registered with the Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) portal you can include your IOSS number with your additional customs information.

Select the shipping service required
- Tap the service you wish to use.
- Tap Extra Services, if required.
- If necessary, enter the value of the item. Tap Apply when complete.
- Tap the desired extra service.
Print the shipping label
- To print the label, tap Print.
- (Optional) On the Label Options screen, tap Print Sample to print a sample label or to add a memo onto the label. Enter further information about your item, if prompted.
- Tap Print again and the label prints. You may need to enter the Sender's phone number and company, as it is required for some services. The shipping label prints. After a short delay the customs declaration label (CN22 / CN23) prints.
- The carrier screen reappears. You can now print another label.
