The meter number on my refill receipt does not match the serial number on my delivery note
Create a case in Your Account if the meter number on the refill receipt and the serial number on the delivery note do not match.
Products affected: DM60™ (K722), DM110i™, DM160i™, DM220i™ (PR20), DM300M™ (G922, RG9224M, SG922, RG9224)
Issue
You are trying to install your franking machine but the meter number on your refill receipt does not match the serial number on your delivery note.

Resolution
You will need sign in to Your Account and create a case to resolve this issue.
- Go to the signin page.
- Select Technical Support.
- Select your equipment.
- Select Installation of Equipment.
- Select the I need assistance with the installation of the equipment radio button.
- In the Please provide any details you might have text box enter the following information:
- An explanation advising the meter number and serial number do not match
- The meter number quoted on the refill receipt
- The serial number quoted on your delivery note
- Enter your contact details.
- Select Submit.
A confirmation window appears with your case number. This information is also sent by email. Your case will be assigned to a Pitney Bowes representative who will assist in completing your request.
