Configuring pre-registration and manual sign in workflow in Smart Access Management

If you need to pre-register or manually sign in visitors, you can configure this in the following workflow.
You can pre-register a visitor to speed up the sign in process or if you need them to supply certification before they arrive at your premises.
You can manually sign in a visitor as an alternative to signing in using the Kiosk.
If necessary, set the location and enable the Set the Default visit duration, Enable auto sign out and Capture photo options.
Sign In workflow
- Now customize the workflow that you want using the following sections. You control what each of the fields contain and whether or not they are enabled:
- Select Host.
- Health And Safety Instructions.
- Required Documentation.
- Confirmation.
- Tap each field and make edits using the edit icon or click Add Field.
Notification Preferences
- In the Admin notification contacts field, add an email address to send system admin notifications.
- Click Enable Email Notifications and / or Enable SMS Notifications.
- Make your selection from the visitor notification, host notifications and system admin notifications.
Visitor label settings
You can add or edit the visitor label settings to add or remove visitor information from the printed label.
Use the Visitor Label Preview to help design the label.
- Click the Print Badge toggle to turn on badge printing.
- Tick the boxes to add the desired content to the badge. The choices available are:
- Visitor Type.
- Sign In Date and Time.
- QR code.
- Phone Number.
- Host Name.
- Email.
- Organization Name.
Data retention
- Scroll to the Data Retention section.
- Select a value from the menu to determine how long you want to retain data for.
Important: All data will be deleted. Once deleted, the data cannot be restored. - Set the status radio button to Active.
- Click Save to confirm your settings.
