Adding a return address to your envelope on the SendPro Mailstation

A return address can be added to your envelope. It must be created as a graphic in MyGraphics on your computer before you can print it. See Uploading a new return address graphic to create a return address for the first time. When a return address is saved to your SendPro Mailstation it can be added to your envelope using the instructions below.

Note: Graphics are not available when using some special services such as 'Royal Mail Signed for' class. You will be unable to select Graphic if such a service is chosen.

1. Tap the Graphics icon on the Home screen.
2. Use the arrows to scroll through the graphics to the return address you wish to use.
3. Tap Apply.
4. Tap Confirm.
5. Place the envelope or tape sheet on the feed deck to print.

To remove a return address:

1. Tap the Graphics icon on the Home screen.
2. Use the arrows to scroll through the graphics until you reach No Graphic.
3. Tap Apply.
4. Tap Confirm.
5. Place the envelope or tape sheet on the feed deck to print.
