New Features & Enhancements
Added the ability to delete individual visitor data in Data Management
Added the ability to delete visitor data from the Data Management page.
Deleted data is removed from the user interface immediately and permanently deleted at midnight local time.
After a visitor’s data has been deleted, they will be treated as a new visitor at next sign-in.
Added new audit logs for deleted visitor and staff data
The Data Management page now includes a new Audit Logs tab with Staff and Visitor sub-headings.
The audit logs include data deleted both manually and automatically as part of the data retention policy.
The audit logs display one entry per deleted visitor or staff member, regardless of how many times they visited.
Audit logs data can be filtered, sorted and searched.
The audit logs grows indefinitely.
Visitor data can be edited
The Data Management page now includes a new Visitor Data tab where a visitor’s master data (e.g. name, phone number, email address, company name) can be edited.
Visitors’ documents can be verified and updated
The Data Management page now allows for a visitor’s uploaded documents to be verified and updated.
Documents requested as part of the pre-registration and pending queue processes can be added.
Information dialog box added to app
The app home page now includes an icon in the bottom right-hand corner.
The button displays a dialog box which includes the app version, contact details for the Pitney Bowes support team and other technical details.
Visitor History export CSV includes new fields
Additional fields are now included in CSV file exports created from the Visitor Activity screen:
- Host name (e.g. John Smith)
- Host email (e.g. [email protected])
- Deny condition (e.g. host limit reached, site capacity reached, documents denied)
Issues Fixed
Pre-registrations dashboard widget was showing inaccurate values
This has been resolved with frontend and backend code fixes.
The auto sign-out feature was not affecting visitors who sign in from a web browser
This has been resolved with a backend code fix.
A visitor badge was sometimes not created when signing in using the contactless sign-in method
This has been resolved with a frontend code fix.
The tablet app was incorrectly displaying "Taking your picture" instead of "Facial recognition"
This has been resolved with a frontend code fix.
The tablet app was not correctly formatting the facial recognition consent screen
This has been resolved with a frontend code fix.
The Audit Log link appeared when deleting staff data did not work
This has been resolved with a frontend code fix.
The host name input prompt on the tablet app did not match the workflow configuration
This has been resolved with a frontend code fix.
The tablet app was caching the previous visitor’s data
This has been resolved with a frontend code fix.
The upload documents email link was expiring too soon because it reflected the QR Code Refresh Interval setting
This has been resolved with a backend code fix.
The contactless document upload process forced the user to upload all documents in one session
This has been resolved with a frontend code fix.
