  1. Select Settings > Divisions & Locations.
  2. Select the Inbound Site Framework tab.
  3. Select Import.
  4. (Optional) To use a template to create your import file, select Download a .csv template. The file sample-Inboundsite-import.csv will be downloaded. You can insert your locations into this template, or copy the headers (first row) from this template into your own file.
  5. Create your locations list and save the file in CSV format. When importing inbound sites, each row must include an existing LocationName and a SiteName.
  6. Select Choose .csv file, select the CSV file that contains the users you wish to import, and select Open.
  7. Choose either:
    1. Add if you want to add new locations and sites without changing or removing any data.
    2. Add & Remove if you want to add new locations and sites and remove any that are not present in the import file.
  8. Select Import.
  9. If you want to delete all the current inbound sites and replace it with a new list, select the Advanced menu and then select Delete All Sites. Important: This will remove all the inbound sites, including all buildings, floors, and mailstop data. Deleting sites will also delete links between all custom fields, contacts, and site-level email notifications. This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Select Delete & Replace to confirm.

If there are any errors, select the Import/Export Status button, then select the download icon next to the file that says ImportFailed. The error details will be listed in the error column in the spreadsheet. Correct the errors and upload the file again.
