Emailing an account report on the Connect+ Series, SendPro P

Email an account report to keep a record of how much departments or clients have spent on their postage over specific time periods.
Products affected: Connect+® 500W, Connect+® 1000, Connect+® 2000, Connect+® 3000, SendPro® P1000, SendPro® P1500, SendPro® P2000, SendPro® P3000

Email an account report to keep a record of how much departments or clients have spent on their postage over specific time periods.

In this example, we will email a report that provides information about UK Trackable Products like Royal Mail Special Delivery and Signed For services.

  1. Select Manage Accounts from the Home screen.

  2. Select Reports.
  3. Select View & print reports.

  4. Select the down arrow button.

  5. Select UK Trackable Products.

  6. Select Next.
  7. Select Actions.
  8. Select Email report.
    Select Actions
  9. Enter the email address you want the report to be sent to.
    Enter the email address
  10. Select OK.
  11. Select the required report file type:
    • .xlsx
    • .csv
    • .pdf
      Enter the desired report type
  12. Select Send.
  13. Select OK.
  14. Select Home to return to the Home screen.
