Making an account inactive on the SendPro C, SendPro+, SendPro C Auto
Setting the account status to inactive prevents anyone from charging postage against it.
Products affected: SendPro® C, SendPro®+, SendPro® C Auto (7H20C, R7H20C, R7H20CM, 7H20A, R7H20A, R7H20AM)
Setting the account status to inactive prevents anyone from charging postage against it.
- Tap Manage Accounts from the Home screen.
- Tap Edit account.
- Tap the account you want to make inactive.
- Select OK.
- Tap Inactive.
- Tap OK to return to the Accounts screen.
- Tap the back arrow to return to the Home screen.
