Printing the last 5 refills summary report on the DM300M-DM400M

Run the Last 5 Refills report to learn the date, time, and amount of the last 5 refills.
Products affected: DM300M™, DM400M™ (G922, RG922, G922A, SG922, RG9224, RG922M, RG9224M)

Print the last 5 refills summary report if you need to keep a record of the most recent postage refills.

  1. Press Options.
  2. Press Reports.
  3. Press Last 5 Refills.
  4. Insert an envelope into your franking machine or press Tape. The franking machine prints the report.
  5. Your franking machine returns to the Reports menu. Press No to return to your Home screen.

The report contains:

  • The date, time and amount of the last 5 refills .
  • The PB Postage® account number.
  • The franking machine serial number.
  • The date the report was printed.
