Adding a normal preset on the DM110i, DM160i, DM220i

The Normal Preset is the default setting on your franking machine that you define with your most commonly used values, such as the class, envelope message and mail type.

Your franking machine automatically applies the Normal Preset value when you turn it on and after it wakes from sleep mode. If you select Normal Preset your franking machine returns to these default values.

Important: You cannot edit the Normal Preset. To change it, define a new normal preset to replace the previous one.

1. Press Home.
2. Select Class and select the options that you wish to save as a preset:
   • Carrier.
   • Class.
   • Mail type (Letter, Large Letter, etc).
3. Press Page Down from the Home screen to select an envelope message and / or text message.
4. Select Ad to see the available envelope messages.
5. Select Text message to see the available text messages.
6. The franking machine returns to the Home screen. Press Custom Presets.
7. Select Define Normal Preset.
8. Press Yes/Enter to confirm all values are correct.
9. Press Home.
