Finding the MAC Address on the DM110i, DM160i and DM220i

The MAC Address is useful for your I.T. or network administrator as they may need the unique address of your franking machine to assist with any connectivity issues.

The MAC Address is useful for your I.T. or network administrator as they may need the unique address of your franking machine to assist with any connectivity issues.

Before you begin, make sure your USB Ethernet adapter is plugged in the back of your machine.

  1. Press Options.
  2. Press Page Down twice.
  3. Select Connect - Data Centre.
  4. Select LAN Settings.
  5. Press Page Down.
  6. The network adapter’s MAC address will appear. Take a note of this for your I.T. department or Network Administrator.
  7. Press Home to return to the Home Screen.
