Turning Accounting on and off on the DM60

Turn the Accounting feature on to track the postage that departments or individuals within your organisation use.

Turn the Accounting feature on to track the postage that departments or individuals within your organisation use.

Turning Accounting on

  1. Press Menu/Options.
  2. Press Review (down) until Turn Accounting On? appears.
  3. Press Enter/yes.
  4. Follow the prompts to either create an account if this is your first time using the feature or select an existing account.

Turning Accounting off

  1. Press Menu/Options.
  2. Press Review (down) until Use Accounting functions? appears.
  3. Press Enter/yes.
  4. Press Review (down) until Turn Accounting Off? appears.
  5. Press Enter/yes. You return to the Home screen.
