Downloading software updates on the DM300M and DM400M

Download software updates to ensure your franking machine is fully up to date and in optimal condition.

Download software updates to ensure your franking machine is fully up to date and in optimal condition.

  1. Press Refill Postage.
  2. Select Check PBP Balance. The franking machine connects to Pitney Bowes.
  3. Prepaid £xx.xx appears: this is the amount of funds remaining on your account. When prompted to Add Postage, press No.
  4. Checking for System Updates Please Wait... appears. If there are any pending downloads, the machine will automatically begin the download and install.
  5. When the download is complete, select Continue. You return to the Home screen.
