Viewing postage payments and franking machine resets online
Sign in to Your Account to see payments made to your postage account and any postage downloads to your franking machine
Sign in to Your Account to see payments made to your postage account and any postage downloads to your franking machine
- Sign in to the Pitney Bowes Your Account portal.
- Select the Invoices button for your Purchase Power or PrePay account from the Your Financials section.
- Click the Transactions tab.
- If you have multiple accounts, use the dropdown to select the required account number.
- A list of all transactions for your postage account appears.
