Applying for a Purchase Power or PrePay limit increase

Sign in to Your Account to request a credit limit increase for your Purchase Power account or amend the agreed prepaid balance for a PrePay account.

Sign in to Your Account to request a credit limit increase for your Purchase Power account or amend the agreed prepaid balance for a PrePay account. 

We recommend a credit limit of 3 times your average monthly spend. A higher credit limit will decrease the risk of service interruption due to insufficient funds.

  1. Sign in to the Pitney Bowes Your Account online portal . 
  2. Select Support & Cases and click Create a New Case.
  3. Select Financial Support>Credit Limit Assistance>Purchase Power.
  4. Complete the form then select Submit. 

Important: Credit limit increase requests may be subject to a credit check.
