Viewing, amending or cancelling a Direct Debit

Sign in to Your Account to view, change or cancel your Direct Debit details for your Purchase Power, PrePay, Lease or rental accounts. 

Purchase Power or PrePay Accounts

1. Sign in to the Pitney Bowes Your Account portal.
2. Select the Billing & Financials menu and click Direct Debit. 
3. Select the account you want to change.
4. Click the radio buttons to View, Amend or Cancel.

Lease or Rental Accounts

Amend: Follow the instructions for Setting up a Direct Debit to change an existing Direct Debit. After the new details are applied to the account we will email confirmation. 

View: To get the current Direct Debit details for your lease or rental account. please chat with us. 

Cancel:  Create a Case in the online portal to remove a Direct Debit instruction from your account. The representative assigned to your case will confirm the change by email once the details have been removed.
