Adding a return address or a text message on the Connect+ Series, SendPro P
Add a return address or text message to print a return address or to print your own personalised message. Your message must comply with Royal Mail rules.

Before you begin
Please follow these guidelines before creating your return address or text message:
- If you are creating a return address:
- The text Return Address must be included as the first line of the return address. Do not include a colon after Return Address.
- The return address must fit a maximum of five lines including the return address text. You can use up to twenty characters per line.
- The return address should contain your business name, address number and road, town and postcode. Your county is not required. The first letter of each word should be upper case, except the postcode which is all upper case.
- If you are creating a text message:
- Do not use the text message feature for printing a return address.
- You can print up to five lines of text.
- You can edit the font and also its size.
Adding a return address
- Select Run Mail from the Home screen.
- Select Edit Envelope from the Run Mail screen.
- Select Text Messages & Return Addresses.
- Select Return Address.
- Select New to create a new return address.
- Enter your return address, line by line.
- Select Save.
- Name the return address.
- Select OK.
- Select one of the available messages. A tick box appears next to the selected message.
- Select OK. You return to the Run Mail screen.
- Select Start to print envelopes or Tape to print a tape.
Adding a text message
- Select Run Mail from the Home screen.
- Select Edit Envelope from the Run Mail screen.
- Select Text Messages & Return Addresses.
- Select Text Message.
- Select New to create a new text message.
- Enter your text message, line by line.
- Select Save.
- Name the text message.
- Select OK.
- Select one of the available messages. A tick box appears next to the selected message.
- Select OK. You return to the Run Mail screen.
- Select Start to print envelopes or Tape to print a tape.
